Frozen Alcoholic Drink Recipe

Sugar is sometimes added in some beverages like sparkling wine to let fermentation process continue after bottling. Flavoring ingredients are also added. Usually, these are herbs and fruits added before the fermentation process.

Cocktail is simply a style of a mixture of sugar, water, and distilled spirits such as rum, whisky and brandy. Distilled spirits exclude beer and wine which are fermented beverages. Nowadays, cocktail simply contains one or more types of liquor, soda, cream, herbs, fruit juice or added flavorings.

Frozen Matador Recipe

Ingredients

1 ½ ounces tequila
2 ounces pineapple juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 pineapple stick
1 cup crushed ice

Directions: Using a blender, mix tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice and crushed ice together for half a minute at very low speed. Pour into a glass. Garnish with pineapple stick or wedge.
